Each source is read once and integrated into a persistent, interlinked web of notes rather than rediscovered on every query; questions are then answered straight from that web. A periodic lint pass re-reads the notes for drift, and where two of them disagree it raises a flag (in accent) instead of quietly averaging them—the recipe's honesty is in surfacing the contradiction, not hiding it.
